My husband and I decided to try out MSC at the direction of our favorite travel agent, Chris. The boat was awesome- we were having a great time. The food was fantastic and we spent a lot of our evenings in the piano bar listening to live music. We own a window tinting shop, so naturally we are into cars, and had been watching an auction for an NC Miata Club. It just so happened that its location was near our port and the auction was ending the last full day of our cruise. We decided to take the plunge and bid on it, and watched the auction come to a close as we sat alone on the beautiful beach of Ocean Cay. The last minute came, and someone outbid us! So we placed our last bid. And watched as we help our breath for that last minute to go by. My husband couldn't even look lol. I watched the counter go all the way down and the words YOU WIN!! pop up on my screen. We couldn't believe it! The next day we disembarked, got to the dealership and signed papers. We cancelled our return flight home and drove our sweet little Miata. What a fun adventure! Thank you, Trekker Family Adventures, for getting us there!

Babb Camping Adventures -- Always Flexible
Time for a camping story... It is that time of year where my side goes camping. Things are a little different since my mom was diagnosed with cancer. We decided to move our vacation to Tuscaloosa so mom could be close to her doctors. They got us reservations at Lake Lurleen State Park. After VBS, Chris decided to letβs drive part of the way so we stayed in a little place in Meridian. Kids loved getting to swim. Well, during the day, there bad storms in Tuscaloosa. Lightening hit a tree at my parents and busted their retaining wall and also got their camper.π€¦ββοΈπ (FYI if any of my t-town friends have a camper they could borrow would be great π) Well, we try to trouble shoot some stuff while we are driving here. Finally give up and tell them to make an insurance claim. π’. Well we decide to head to our camper and they will just drive home and sleep, no big deal. Well part of their food and camping chairs are blocked in the bunkroom because the slide will not move. π€¦ββοΈ Part of us finally get to the camper. Me, Chris, eight yr old, 7 yr old, a 12yr old, a 11 yr old and Paula and Twilight. Chris and I were sitting under the awning with Twilight and all of a sudden it started raining. We have no signal so we can not check radar. All of a sudden it starts raining hard and we have to go in the camper with the others. No big deal but then all of a sudden branches and tree limbs start falling all over the camper. π². It was loud and scary. We have to make a run for the truck. One truck all those people and a dog. π€¦ββοΈ. We could barely see cause of the rain and we are driving to moms house. We just get out of the park and there is a tree down blocking the road. We call it in and discover there is another tree down on the way to moms. π€¦ββοΈ. We finally get enough signal to call mom to warn them not to come out there and luckily, the rain has about stopped. They finally get the tree off the road and we make it to moms. Of course, since it has been a crazy day, we decide to all go to Taco Casa for supper. We get back and realize a tree has fallen on the power lines and moms road has no power.

The Babb Family - Moundville, AL
We were able to take our girls to Disney World in November and had the best experience. We enjoyed a character breakfast at the Garden Grill in Epcot and the girls got to spend some one on one time with all the characters. The magical experience that we received while visiting Disney for those 5 days was over the top. Lots of magical memories were made and a vacation that will forever be embedded in our families hearts. Planning this trip and getting to do βallβ the things was more than we could have asked for. From The Guardians of the a galaxy to TRON to the tea cups we were able to experience everything we had hoped to on our trip. We are excited for future trips and look forward to planning those soon.

We would always tell stories around the campfire. Some of the favorites were The Little Green Snake, Bloody Knuckles, and The Hairy Toe. My wife was especially good at telling The Wizard of Oz most scarily.
