Explore interactive activities, food, merchandise, characters, and three rides in Super Mario Land and Donkey Kong Country. But when SUPER NINTENDO WORLD opens at Epic Universe, U.S. guests can step into the lush jungle of Donkey Kong Country.

After Mine-Cart Madness, explore more of Donkey Kong Country, including a Rambi activity, Donkey Kong’s Treehouse, Funky’s Fly ‘n’ Buy, and The Bubbly Barrel.


Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge immerses Nintendo fans in the iconic Mario Kart world, offering a colorful ride with intricate effects. Collect digital coins and throw shells to defeat Team Bowser and win the Golden Cup. Multiple outcomes ensure repeat visits.


Don’t miss the views of SUPER NINTENDO WORLD on Yoshi’s Adventure! Search for glowing eggs in this colorful family ride, opening in the US at Epic Universe.


Step through the green pipe in the portal to SUPER NINTENDO WORLD for an overload of photo opportunities. The entrance leads to the second level of Princess Peach’s Castle, offering a breathtaking view of the Mushroom Kingdom with Mount Beanpole and Bowser’s Castle in the background.

I’ll head straight to the character meet-and-greets to meet Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Toad. Donkey Kong, my favorite, is at Donkey Kong’s Treehouse in Donkey Kong Country, making his first US theme park appearance. This world offers photographic inspiration, from its grandeur to its intricate architecture and the joy of seeing characters come to life.


At Toadstool Cafe, Chef Toad prepares tasty entrees, soups, salads, burgers, and desserts. The windows show him creating themed dishes while the vibrant Mushroom Kingdom scenery unfolds. Enjoy the view while dining on dishes like Fire Flower Spaghetti and Meatballs and Piranha Plant Caprese.


Action-packed rides, immersive dining, meet-and-greets, and competition await. The Power-Up Band, available in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and other retail locations, grants access to interactive activities worldwide.

Every time you win a new Key Challenge in Super Mario Land, you’ll get a digital key. Collect enough keys (three is the magic number) to unlock Bowser Jr.’s Shadow Showdown. The Power-Up Bands also collect digital coins, track scores, and show your rank against others. This is handy if you’re competitive. Game on!

Royal Caribbean Group Enters River Cruise Market with Order for 10 New Ships

The new venture will begin taking bookings this year, with initial operations focused on European rivers. The ships will feature design elements inspired by Celebrity’s Edge Series ocean vessels, combining the brand’s signature hospitality with river cruising. “We’re thrilled to announce our entry into the river cruise market through our Celebrity Cruises premium travel brand,” said Jason Liberty, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group. “Our guests and travel partners should expect us to do what we do best – innovate and elevate the river cruise experience as we meet the growing demand for intimate, culturally enriching travel experiences”. This expansion follows Royal Caribbean Group’s strong financial results in 2024, with Earnings per Share reaching $10.94 and Adjusted EPS of $11.80, a 23% increase compared to 2023. Looking ahead, the company projects a positive outlook with 2025 Adjusted EPS expected to range between $14.35 and $14.65 per share. The move is strategically significant for Royal Caribbean Group, with approximately half of their current guests having experienced or expressing interest in river cruising.
